We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vacier jewelry. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Vacier packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label sent to your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
